Malta Prints is a Maltese business specialising in 3D printed décor and gifts inspired by Maltese heritage, designed and manufactured in Malta. We sell exclusively within Malta and Gozo.

2. Products

• All products are designed and produced locally in Malta using 3D printing technology.

• Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations, fine print lines, or minor imperfections may be present. These are considered normal characteristics and do not constitute defects.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and material batches.

3. Made on Order & Availability

• Many of our products are made on order or produced in small batches.

• Allowing backorders means that some items may not be immediately available.

• Estimated preparation times:

  • In-stock items: 1–3 working days

  • Made on order / custom colours: approximately 7–10 working days

• These timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods. Customers will be informed if additional time is required.

4. Prices

• All prices are shown in Euro (€).

• Prices include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by price changes.

5. Orders

• An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse of the Website.

• In the event of order cancellation, any payments received will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payments on our Website are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store or process full payment card details on our servers.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include cash on delivery.

When selecting cash on delivery, the customer is entering into a legally binding purchase agreement. By placing the order, the customer confirms their intention and obligation to pay the full amount upon delivery.

Placing an order with cash on delivery and subsequently refusing to accept or pay for the order without valid reason may result in:

• Refusal of future cash on delivery orders

• Order cancellation

• Recovery of incurred delivery or handling costs, where permitted by law

• We deliver across Malta and Gozo.

• Delivery times depend on product availability and order volume.

• Local pickup may be available by arrangement and will be communicated once the order is ready.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns or exchanges are accepted in accordance with applicable Maltese and EU consumer protection laws.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Customised, personalised, or made-on-order items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.

• Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
